Empathy and You

This unit aims to offer students the opportunity to acquire and practice effective empathy skills. Specifically, students will build background knowledge on the topics of dignity and bias by reading text, examining experiences of others, and engaging in classroom discussions that stimulate critical thinking relating to topics that are relevant to most middle school aged students.
