Mindfulness (Spanish Translation)

In this unit, students will learn about mindfulness and its benefits. Throughout the five lessons, they will engage in a variety of mindfulness activities, ranging from belly breathing to mindful eating to sending loving wishes to self and others. The unit culminates in a project in which students will set a goal of doing at least one mindfulness activity daily for three weeks. They will track their progress with Daily Mindfulness Practice Trackers.
