Healthy Relationships

This unit is intended to help students understand and learn how to establish healthy relationship expectations. Additionally, time will be spent helping students to recognize unhealthy relationship signs, including how to navigate the additional relationship challenges that present themselves via digital technologies. Finally, students will understand how to distinguish between healthy and unhealthy relationships and will gain tools for understanding that even healthy relationships may involve some degree of conflict resolution and compromise. Students will also learn how they can positively contribute to building healthy relationships, and the unit will culminate in a personalized project that allows students to process and capture the significant lessons embedded throughout.
